Return and Exchange Policy

Dear Valued Shopper

Our Home accepts return and exchange of item/s. We are sharing with you the conditions in returning the products that you have purchased from us.

  1. Please make sure that the original invoice is with you. This is very important as we process the return or exchange.
  2. You may request for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery or receipt of the item/s.
  3. Item/s for return or exchange must be unused and in good condition as delivered. Please make sure that it is also in its original packaging. However, this term does not apply to items which were found defective upon purchase.
  4. Kindly take note of the conditions which are not entitled for a return or exchange as stated on RA7394 ( Consumer Act of the Philippines) which are as follows:
    1. Sudden change of mind
    2. Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
    3. Discovery of lower price of the same item from another store
  5. The form of refund will be based on the mode of payment used upon item purchase.
  6. Item/s return or exchange request shall be evaluated accordingly prior to approval.
  7. Processing of refund shall take 30 working days from the date of approval for cash payments and may take an additional 15 days for credit card payments which will include bank processing.
