Materials & making
Locally sourced clear jars and bottles are sorted, crushed and heated in the furnace until molten. The skilled glassblower gathers, shapes and makes impressions in the glass that will form the partial optic texture. It is then blown into wooden moulds to form the carafe. The tumbler is also mouth blown using the same process. Air bubbles will occur as part of this 100% recycled and handmade process.
Care: Handwash in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth.
